1000 Shots is a photography print shop operated by Marcus Cain. Prints are sold as open editions and are produced through a print-on-demand fulfillment partner once an order is placed. Colors and finish may vary slightly from what's shown on screen due to differences in monitors and printing.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. By placing an order, you're confirming that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method.
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping times depend on our print-on-demand partner's production and delivery schedule and are estimates, not guarantees.
Because each print is made to order, all sales are final and we don't accept returns for a change of mind. If your print arrives damaged or defective, contact us at hello@cainstrategies.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll work with our fulfillment partner to arrange a replacement or refund.
All photographs on this site are the original work of Marcus Cain and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a print gives you the physical print itself, for personal, non-commercial display. It does not transfer any copyright, and does not give you the right to reproduce, scan, republish, or use the image commercially without written permission.
The site and its content are provided "as is." We've done our best to describe each piece accurately, but we don't guarantee the site will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, visualsbywest and Marcus Cain aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of a print. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
